As I was nearing the end of a 28-day road trip that took me to some of America’s most remote and wild places I was looking forward to returning home to my family. But I had a few last images to create at Badlands National Park. It’s interesting how one’s outlook shapes the images that are made. …I don’t know when I’ll be able to return to Badlands. But when I do the images I create there will certainly be an extension of this experience. When you’re open to new ideas and new connections the sky is literally the limit. And that’s what this image represents for me. The end of one day, but also, the promise of things yet discovered and yet to be experienced.

Once the edition is sold out this photograph will not be made available again in this size. It may be available in other sizes, but the edition is for this size only. I reserve the right to make additional artist prints of the photographs for training purposes and they will be destroyed once training is completed. I also reserve the right to make up to 5 artist prints for my personal collection.
